My Vodafone is our self service app that helps you stay on top of your plan or prepaid account. You can view and pay bills, recharge your prepaid service, check your usage and update your account settings.
If you access the app through your mobile phone on our network, My Vodafone will automatically load without requiring you to login.
Most My Vodafone features are free-rated so when you access the app, the data won’t be taken from your allowance if you’re in Australia and if you’re using a Vodafone Australia SIM card in your device.
You can access My Vodafone through a web browser or using Wi-Fi, by setting up a password through our registration process and then logging in using your username and password.
In addition to your password, you may also need your 4 digit account PIN to complete certain transactions or to access information on accounts with multiple numbers. You can also use fingerprint or Face authentication instead of your account PIN. If your fingerprint or Face authentication isn’t recognized twice, then the app will ask for your account PIN.
To login to a different My Vodafone account, navigate to ‘Logout’ in the My Vodafone menu and then enter the new account details to login to a different account.
