How to use My Vodafone

My Vodafone is our self service app that helps you stay on top of your plan or prepaid account. You can view and pay bills, recharge your prepaid service, check your usage and update your account settings.

How to download and access the My Vodafone app

My Vodafone is pre-installed on many of our phones. You can also download the app through Google Play Store for Android devices and the App Store for iOS devices.

Logging in to the My Vodafone

My Vodafone has changed. If you haven’t already, you’ll need to set up your new email and password login. Once you’ve done this, you’ll be able to log in. Visit our My Vodafone web page to find out more or set up your new login now.

If you’ve already set up your new login, you can log in using your email and password now.

Most My Vodafone features are ‘free rated’, so when you access the app, data won’t be taken from your allowance if you’re in Australia and using a Vodafone Australia SIM card in your device.

How to access My Vodafone through a web browser

Our My Vodafone web experience changed on 8 February. If you haven’t already, you’ll need to set up your new email and password login. Once you’ve done this, you’ll be able to log in. Visit our My Vodafone web page to find out more or set up your new login now.

If you’ve already set up your new login, you can log in using your email and password now.

How to log in to/switch between your different My Vodafone accounts

In the new My Vodafone experience, you can easily switch between your different accounts (e.g., accounts you own or accounts that you’re a nominated limited or authorised user for).

To switch between accounts using My Vodafone web:

  1. Select ‘Manage account’ under your name in the top-right corner of the screen
  2. Enter verification code we’ll send you via email or SMS
  3. Select the account you want to switch to

To switch between accounts using the My Vodafone app:

  1. Select your name at the top of the screen to go to your profile
  2. Select ‘Manage accounts’
  3. Enter the verification code we’ll send you via email or SMS
  4. Select the account you want to switch to

Additional information

Does Vodafone have a widget for my phone home screen that automatically updates my usage?

My Vodafone doesn’t have a widget for your phone’s home screen. Instead, check your usage through the My Vodafone app. To access the My Vodafone app, click on the app icon.

How to change your My Vodafone app icon.

You can change your My Vodafone app icon through My Vodafone settings on your Vodafone device. You’ll have the option of either selecting our standard app icon, or the rainbow app icon in support of advancing equality.
