3 is now closed in Australia

My3 and our 3 Care call centre have now closed.

All 3 systems and accounts have been closed. The FAQ’s below will provide you with some information about 3 closure.

I still owe money, how do I pay? Who can I talk to about this? show

If you have been contacted by Australian Debt Recoveries about a 3 debt, you will need to speak to the debt collection agency directly on 1300 767 721 or (02) 4225 7211.  The debt collection agency will provide you with information about your owed amount and how to pay.

Where can I view my bills now that My3 has closed? show

The ability to view 3 bills on My3 was disabled on 1 December 2013. If you need a copy of your old bills, you can submit your request using the online form below. Make sure you provide a valid email address so we can email them to you.

Can I re-activate my 3 service? show
No, 3 Australia has now closed and we cannot re-activate any old 3 services.
How do I get help if I'm overseas? show

The best way to get help with your 3 account while overseas is to ask a question using our online form below or by visiting community.vodafone.com.au or http://facebook.com/Vodafone.au and our online team will be in touch via email.

Why has 3 closed its doors? show

Since 3 and Vodafone merged in 2009, we've been taking steps towards becoming one brand – Vodafone. We gave those on 3 heaps of notice about the closure before August 30 – when we said goodbye to 3.
